Also, why the ads? it's not as if we have a choice in the matter do we? they should just save the money and improve their bottom line rather than change the damn retirement age every 5 years and change the formula every 3!!

i think who ever designed this was thinking about....AW woman... marriage.. CUTEEEEE... stupid designer! i bet they chose the worst designer in town!
